I ordered 1.5 ton daikin split ac of 43,990/ at jiomart.com online, order no. 16819164690241212W, on 19 aprl 23, which was delivered from reliance retail, on 21st aprl 23 noon & I made call for assured intime and authentic installation at jiomart on same day, from where, I was told that within 24 hours I will get a call from installer and within 72 hours it will get installed.
On next day morning, for assured and authentic installation I also called at daikin customer care and from daikin I got a confirmation message for installation having work completion code and reliance as installer.
For next 48 hours I remained in touch with jiomart, resQ , daikin customer care via call but not even a call from installer came.
I had some bad experiences from jiomart when I was ordering groceries from there . but during my first time purchase of electronic item from jiomart, I remained positive, jiomart was also ensuring 5 day return period & display the same on product front page, which make me further positively assured for good quality recieving, in time authentic installation responsibility accomplishment, and attentive support on related issues from jiomart within 5 day return period but after delivery, as time was going, I was experiencing jiomart not only careless at even large electronic appliance side but also intensionally not taking independent and combined responsibility for installation initiation
The 5 day return period assurity, was going meaningless in terms of both return issues and trust , which started from delivery date and not from installation date as per jiomart electronic appliance policy in case of even such electronic appliance which require installation.
As the time was passing, uncertainty in installation and resolution in conseqent issues if arising were increases. It looks, if I further wait for installation, nothing hopeful will happen on making further and further calls to jiomart care, resQ, reliance, daikin customer care & even after return period, I would have to make further emails and calls for installation, will further make me wait intensionally in heat weather & make me, my parents feel cheated.
Also these days were of severe heat weather and cause declining my 71+ parents healths further. So, I decided to return this one which is under same packed original condition as was delivered & at the same time had to decide to order the split ac from other place.
I raised the return request of this package & refund on 24 aprl 23, within 5 day return period, at jiomart.com, number 6823 19555 939 with images of intact package & gave complaint reason as ongoing intensional installation delay & further uncertainity in provided text box. & then on same day, I ordered split ac from other place , which was delivered and installed on 26 aprl 23, which was important for my parents healths in heat weather.
I also mailed the complaint and return request on next day , 25 aprl 23, at cshead@jiomart.com & cs@jiomart.com for confirming the return and refund. After then , I denied for installation to resQ installer whose first call for installation came on 25 aprl 23 , on next day of I raised return and refund request on jiomart.com, & informed them on my raised request and complaint of return of package & refund at jiomart.
After not getting any reply for raised request and complaint from jiomart.com and not getting satisfactory reply from cshead@jiomart.com escalation , on 27 aprl 23, I confirmed the same (return of package) at jiomart escalation through call , number 6825 8880 7359 and I was informed that package can be returned & need to wait for 7 working days for the same from the date of raising return and refund request.
After completion of 7 working days, as the return and refund request was neither replied nor initiated to process , on calling to jiomart, I come to know the wrong & unethical reply ” customer has done self unboxing the product found defective & so process for repair ” by jiomart to my raised request & complaint. Also, this unethical reply was only on jiomart.com & was difficult to come in my attention as it was only at the link/page other than the page/link of my order & request/complaint.
From then, 2 may 23, I am e-mailing the related complaint in addition to return & refund complaint with images & video of packed package as was delivered to cshead@jiomart.com till now , and every reply is half, uncertain, meaningless.
Meanwhile, I received message and call from resQ reliance for complaint of product (instead of verification of package after raise of return & refund request with reason & package images & wrong reply by jiomart), which I thought jiomart would confirm the package condition as was delivered or not as part of return and refund initiating .
On 20 may 23, the resQ repair team came & confirmed that the package condition is as was delivered & confirmed that the reply by jiomart to my raised return request of package on 24 aprl 23 , was wrong and unethical.
Still, I am getting intensionally misleading, half and meaningless replies from cshead@jiomart.com that they are working for product related complaint and ended the reply to track the progress for the complaint status. What they mean to track the ticket id is to track through jiomart customer care number as these tickets are not shown online at my account/order login pages. & there is nothing progressive to track …..
Jiomart’s intensions after delivery of this large electronic appliance always remain painful , harassing for last more than month.
As per policy , after 5 day return period from the date of delivery , return request which raised after then, jiomart will not take responsibility to handle any requests and concerns even related to such large electronic packages which requires installation and even in same packed original condition as was delivered.
Also, We do require ac at one site only due to cold , health problems during sleep to my father and the second ac at other site of my home will remain in unused condition alltime….
As, the return request of package , which is under same original condition as was delivered , was raised by me within 5 day return period with obvious and weighted reason even considering the healths of my 71+ parents, jiomart & reliance retail must accept and initiate the return as soon as possible without further making my 71+ aged parents to remain anxious & without making me & them feel cheated alltime.
