Dear respected sir,
I have purchase Two Product from flipkart on dated 10-12-2022 and 11-12-2022 respectively ..Product which i have received is totally wrong Product and cheap quality product.. i requested to refund my amount 5th time but didn’t get the refund yet,.. continously Seller Reject the refund …. i have all the proof of unboxing the shoes…. i ordered 2 same shoes in different size but both are wrong product my 6000 rupees they don’t refund to me…..
After so many follow-up and Calls they continuously giving me Time and after that I am getting refund rejected message from Flipkart….
It’s not my fault to purchase item in flipkart.
They’re showing NewBalance original shoes on their website and sending this type of cheap quality product and after returning the product they are not accepting at all

It’s been 15 days since i calling flipkart customer care and their senior executive but didn’t get the refund yet….
So here i requesting you to kindly help me out for this case
I hereby mentioning the product details and order number and attaching the bills and product photo everything….
Kindly note the same and reply me as soon as possible
