Text of Complaint by Brijesh Saxena:

My flight Ticket got Cancelled due to server failure of Air India while booking flight AI502 – Delhi to Bangalore for 10-December.
I was informed that the refund money will be credited in 4-5 business days, it has been 22 Days and the Travolook.in Team still says that it will take 4-5 more days to process the refund money.
