recently I feel being fooled by tata sky coz I recently upgraded to tata sky binge plus android tv device and nobody informed me including the technician who came to my house didnot inform me that the device is not compatible with Netflix it’s only after I called on the same day the advisor told me there might be some glitch or system issue as he himself was not sure about it, he said I will raise a complaint, I waited for a day and them called back again the next day, then the agent told me this device is not compatible and asked him to cancel and take the device back, he again said I will raise a complaint and u will receive a call which I didn’t receive for 2 days so had to call back again and again the same run around, finally I got a call today from Anil kanchi who was rude and not ready to agree what I was trying to say, instead he telling me you should have checked on our website he was very rude and forced me to use abusive language, for which I am sorry, but he disconnected the call and hung up on me, so had to call again spoke to supervisor sindhu kapoor who assured that I will receive a call again tomm, but if he turns out to be same like Anil kanchi it will be of no use, coz he is not ready to listen and very rude.

So I request to please look into this, all that I am saying is to take this device back and return my old device with which was very happy, I am not asking for the refund also u can adjust thate same with my monthly recharge.

I do not want want to put this up on social media and create a blunder, so requesting again to look into this ASAP or else I will be forced to cancel my subscription completely.
