I filed an request regarding network issue with jio care on 08 july 2020..and they assured to reolve it asap..but when i again tried to comnect them regarding the same problem i came to know that the request was closed or rejected wothout intimation to me..and today i chatted with 04 assistants AKSHAY KARTIK LAVINA regarding same issue but they responded in a very poor manner and they  felt frustrated in responding to me and left without resolving my issue…i dont know why they are not taking serious to customer problems..we are paying for 4g and not even 2g speed is received..shame on jio
