Text of Complaint by Anshul Kumar Pandey:

I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with the living conditions and management practices at your PG facility in Hyderabad, Gachibowli. Over the past few months, my experience as a resident has been far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to address multiple issues that demand urgent attention.

Poor Quality of Food: The meals provided at the PG have consistently been of unsatisfactory quality. The food lacks basic hygiene and nutritional standards, and its taste is far from acceptable. Instances of receiving stale and unappetizing dishes have become a common occurrence, which is unacceptable given the charges we pay for the food services.

Inadequate Water Supply: The water supply within the PG has been highly unreliable and inconsistent. Frequent disruptions in the water flow have caused inconvenience to the residents, and the water quality itself is often murky and unclean. Access to clean and safe drinking water is a basic necessity, and it is disheartening to see such negligence in this regard.

Lack of Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness of the PG premises is severely lacking. Common areas, bathrooms, and living spaces are not properly maintained, leading to an unhygienic and unpleasant living environment. This not only jeopardizes our health but also raises serious concerns about safety and well-being.

Unilateral Rent Increase: To add to our grievances, it has come to our attention that the owner of the PG has decided to increase the rent without any prior intimation or discussion with the residents. This unilateral action is both unfair and unjust, as it puts an additional financial burden on us without any valid justification.

As residents and paying tenants, we believe it is our right to live in a safe, comfortable, and transparent environment, with the basic necessities adequately provided for. We have raised these concerns with the management on multiple occasions, but regrettably, there has been little to no improvement.

We request the following actions to be taken immediately:

Improve the quality and variety of the food provided, adhering to basic hygiene and nutritional standards.

Ensure a consistent and clean water supply, with regular maintenance of the water facilities.

Implement and enforce strict cleanliness protocols throughout the premises, including regular cleaning of common areas, bathrooms, and living spaces.

Engage in open communication with the residents and seek our feedback on essential matters that directly impact us, including any decisions related to rent increases.

Provide a transparent breakdown of the rent increase, justifying the need for such a measure, and consider implementing it fairly and reasonably.

We urge the management to take these concerns seriously and prioritize the welfare of the residents. It is imperative that immediate actions are taken to address these issues effectively. If there is no substantial improvement and no constructive response to our grievances, we will be left with no option but to explore other means of recourse, including reporting these issues to relevant authorities and seeking legal advice.

We hope for a swift resolution to these matters and a positive transformation in the quality of services at the PG facility. Our aim is to foster a healthy and harmonious living environment for all residents.
