On 4th January 2019,I have made order on zomato for pizza & pasta.I have made payment through net banking of Rs 978/. After sometime when i checked location then location shows that order will be reached within 10 min.
But when i call after 10 min, then the rider (Rishu malhotra, 09988367970) said that have cancelled my order.
I also received an SMS regarding cancellation of my order.Due to network issue, i didn’t get any phone calls from zomato. Now comes the question of refund? I made Contact to zomato as well as to cafe connect but both said that they cannot do anything regarding this.They have such a pathetic customer support that whatever i try to explain my problem to them, they keep on copy and pasting the same thing again & again.
I have explained my entire problem to them and in return i got the aforementioned reply again and again. Kindly refund back my money as soon as possible.
