IMPORTANT 1: condition of the product has become worse
IMPORTANT 2: Motor was in pristine condition at the time of pick up, in onsitego custody it stopped working.
I need a replacement, you have broken working product and made it crappy from inside and outside during pickup/drop/in your office/workshop under your custody.
