I wish to submit that, Yesterday (27 sep,2023 9;10 pm) I was ordered,1choco LAVA Cake and Veg Extravaganza pizza at Dominos pizza center located at Karimnagar District(505001), Telangana State, several calls I tried to beg them to deliver the food ,but at the time of 11:49 PM ,they informed to my mobile 8886155557 through message by saying that they had cancelled my order(order no.5200802271) AND AMOUNT WILLL BE REFUNDED.

Many times I requested the ZOMOTO team members to deliver the product and we had conversation in text in zomato support (enclosed),but instead of resolving my problem, they ping me in the inbox by saying that they had delivered the food and invoice also submitted by requesting for ratings of food.
we are from middle class family this the 3rd time Iam facing, MY OLD age mother and children eagerly waited for food for 9.10 PM TO 11:49 at night and sadly they went to sleep with empty stomach.
I request the kind authority to take action legally, against, Dominos pizza centers and Zomato delivery company, I don’t need any amount to refund because this type of activities made Burdon to my family issues by scolding all of us and it leaded to mental disturbance.
I hope, the action will taken against them by considering my facts (copies enclosed).
