Sir, Today I made an order from papaji the daba Kharghar to Belapur but your concern/wallet never reached my home and cancelled the order and left; the full amount was charged as cancellation fees whereas order was cancelled by your wallet.
This is not acceptable and unprofessional on contacting your wallet, he switch off the phone after first call and when called him after some time he lied that he came to home and nobody was at home whereas we were waiting for him at home.
