I have ordered food of Rs 409 from Paytm ONDC and it was not delivered by the delivery guy. When called the delivery guy he said you where not present at the location, but I was at my home since evening. I was there, I have also called the delivery guy. But he said that he tried calling me, but there are no missed calls from him. You can also contact the delivery guy 7400252475 this is his number.
And when complained to paytm there response was such that due to delay in order the refund can not be done.
Please help me with this issue
