If Amazon commits that the product specially home appliances delivered to our residence will get installed within 48 hrs so they make sure it has to be done without calling or following up with either the amazon or the ordered product brand toll free number
Being a customer i was following up with Brand company from where I had ordered my product instead of getting a text message or call from them to communicate and give us proper information, yesterday my whole day was wasted just to make sure my product gets installed before i leave to catch a flight for my business trip and my house was closed for next 4 days . I’ve called up the brand toll free number 8 times to get the proper information of the service center name and number so that i can request them to come over my house and complete the installation job instead of they reaching me but every time the contact details shared to me were couldn’t cover the area where i stay after 6 – 7 hours of rigorous follow up finally my request was placed to the right service center which was fortunately near my residence and got the job done around 5:30 pm in the evening since following up with them from 10am in the morning
The purpose to write these grievances is not to burden anyone but to make sure you’re committable and don’t harass the customer to waste their time to follow up and do the job which was suppose to be done by you or get it done by you
