I have ordered 3 days back 3 combo suits but on website i didn’t get any message of confirmation of successful order, later i search my mail n mssg if the order had been successfully, but no mssg or mail, later after 3 days i received product from ekart cash on delivery, after opening the pack i was shocked to see torn and used cloths , that different my order, there were 2 old used torn kurta tops only, i want to return the product but the website is showing invalid response , as it is not opening we can’t get return or refund option, later i check into google there were many of people like me who were cheated, we want justice so consumer care department should see through this and help us to get our money back ……
