I have booked ticket online by Travolook.com they have deducted the amount and after that cancel my ticket in 5 minutes of payment. They are not initiating refund from 15 days. I need funds now. They are giving false promise of providing funds but unable to fulfill promise.They are using my funds illegaly

I booked a flight ticket from Bangalore to Silchar on 25 Jan 22 for 11 Feb 22 through Travolook website and issued a under processing ticket, meanwhile a call came from Travolook saying additional amount of Rs 1150/- be paid as ticket price hiked which I refused, immediately cancelled ticket was forwarded.
Since than refund of ticket has been approached to Travolook. Till now it’s not refunded.
It’s one of the most cheater website.
Request everyone pl ignore these type of cheap offering agents.
