I was working with Manpower Group Services Pvt LTd as an Apple Iphon solution Consultant & Senior Iphone Consultant for 2.10 months, i left the job on 15th December 2015 & in jan i got the salary for only 11days , not for full 15 days , Secondly I was Told i vll b getting my FNF ( Full And Final ) in next 45 days , but here 120 days are over but I haven’t recived my FNF , i sent them mail in last month for the same n said if i dnt get my fnf Ill complain in consumer court but still i dnt get any reply , the company is not paying me as well as there are 4 more my friends who have the same problem

Dear Sir/Madam,
I worked for a IT company named as Cyret Technology based at Aundh,Pune.Its more than 8 months,now I left the company after proper resignation and notice period.
The company has not yet paid my FNF amount not they are confirming when they will make the payment.
Request your suggestion on this matter.
