Flying cash application and their representatives harassing me. Loan amount not credited in my account and they are not responding me.

Text of Complaint by Dhiraj kumar:

I had made request for loan from flying cash application on dated 10.07.2024 around 10:25 PM. On the next date i.e on 11.07.2024 the massage received on my phone that your amount worth rs 21600 has been credited to your account at around 10:30 PM, but the said amount has not been credited in my account. I called them for resolve the problem they don’t take it seriously and called me that you have to mail on customer support. Same thing i will do on 12.07.2024 beside this no reply has been received on my mail, i will try to contact them and called on the number which is shown in flying cash’s application around above 180 times at last they took my phone and asked to “APKO TOH WAIT HI KRNA PADEGA MAIL KA”. Now on dated 15.07.2024 they replied on my mail that “We understand your concern regarding ​disbursement.
We sincerely apologise for inconvenience this has caused you.
We will certainly assist you in this issue.

We have escalated this to the concern team, who will investigate and get back to you as soon as possible.
We really appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard.
