I order ultraX 5.0 smartwatch foldable but I received wrong product M4 breakable braclet. I dailed the mobile shown on delivery pocket but phone is out of service

I got a fitness band in place of NextgenerationX 5.0 watch which I order. The Order Number is FPN17202
Same Case with me. I ordered for NextgenerationX 5.0 , after going through their website https://flipon.in/pages/about-us. Their add peeped up on Facebook, liked the product and ordered. Today I received the parcel with ordinary bracelet watch (China made), which is worth not more than Rs.150 /-. Totally cheat !!!
Tried to contact the number mentioned on the courier document, but number is out of service. Such fraudsters must be dealt very seriously. They are not only spoiling the spirit of E-Comm in India, but are anti-nationals. Must be put under bar for ever.

I think so many people are cheated i this one of me also.i am asking why ur people are opening like fraud company .simply u should tell we cant able to delivery ur order product.order no.imc8134.

Maine ek smart watch apke hi seller shri krishna se online liya tha .jo ki price 1699 rupay tha lekin jo product maine dekh ker mangaya tha wo mujhe ni mila usme ek narmal kids watch bhej diya gaya isliye sirai ye product wapas karna hi please help me.
This is a fraud company i am also getting the same issue.
This e com courier service should be responsible for how yhey dealt with this fraud company.
