I have purchased a product from flipkart via order no. OD428205432919074100 and item was

Supplier supplied defective product and also a different color, I have raised a return request which supplier cancelled on 7th day, now FLIPKART says it is more than 7 days so we cant return the product.
I am not sure why FLIPKART don’t question to such supplier and also don’t know why FLIPKART allows such fraudster working as seller on their site.
