I have ordered samsung galaxy f14 on 14 June which was delivered on 15 June. The issue that at the time of exchange i had opt for exchange of my old phone galaxy j7 which was showing the price for exchange 3200 at that time and the old phone was to be picked up on 29 June. On that no one came to pick it up and than on the other day it was cancelled from flipkart side. Then your team said to sell it on flipkart sell back where i am getting a price of 600 and getting a bonus of 1000 as flipkart gift card. I am getting only 1600 in place of 3200 which was offered before at the time of purchase. Please look into the matter from 1 week i have been misguided by your customer care team and today they that you have to bear the loss we can’t do anything about it.
