On May 13 my order for a Casio Edifice watch arrived, the order was expected to arrive on 14th May and unfortunately I was out of station 13th May. so I asked the deliver boy to deliver the order on a shop that is nearby my home. the delivery boy said that the shop is closed as of now, and just after 10 minutes he called me and said I am handing over the parcel at the shop, please tell me the OTP, I told him the same. today, on 15th May when I enquired the shopkeeper about my oeder he denied that no order has been delivered to him.
kindly take necessary action.

Hi Anubhav Mishra, is that issue resolved ? I also have similar case. we given wrong mobile number. Delivery person forced and get OTP from wrong phone number person (While getting OTP, he mentioned we are going to return this order so we need OTP). But after getting OTP he make status as delivered and took that product.
In your case what happened on final solution ? is that product delivered ?
