Hi Team,

Just now I have received the fridge. And I made the payment of Rs. 42490(Order Id- OD428144480237254100.). When we opened the box, there was Dent in the fridge. I need the replacement of this Fridge at the earliest. Moreover, flipkart delivery partner’s behaviour was pathatic. The previous delivery partner was offering me selling my exchanged Fridge on better rates than the price offered by Flipkart, after he put the lowest price of our fridge. The second time when another person who came today from delivery partner, was asking me to unload the fridge from the vehicle, and when I denied, he said that we are not your servant. Does customer supposed to unload the items or its the responsibility of Flipkart.This is the Extreme of harassment. First we didn’t received delivery as per schedule. and when we recived the delivery, we have received the broken Item. It is completely unexpectable.
