I bought a fold phone last year from
@Flipkart
and sadly, this year, its fold (inner) screen went dead.
I visited
@Vivo_India
service center, and they denied service, claiming I did the damage.
But I had, Jeeves Complete Protection plan… but…
According to #Jeeves they can’t help me because they don’t cover my area.
Then why was
@Flipkart
pushing me to buy a 7.6K Jeeves Plan?
Why did Jeeves ask me to pay 1.5K in advance as processing fee after I opened the claim?
It has all come down to me having to open a complaint and hope they care. No one has that sort of time, and court might not even care of my complaint and I might never hear back from Consumer Court.
I am just stuck with paying money to Jeeves, to Flipkart, with no help
