Text of Complaint by Anand Kumar:

I order a mobile on 9 October 2023, It was about to deliver on 22 October but I haven’t got any call from wishmaster, I checked on ekart with order I’d my order was rescheduled for next day. On next day I faced same and again my order rescheduled for next day. And on 25oct a wishmaster come to me to deliver my other order and he said I have another parcel(mobile) but I could not deliver it right now, because he has no idea how to check old phone, as I order this with exchange. But he didn’t call me regarding mobile ever.
But next day Flipkart cancel my order(mobile)

I called to customer support for 3 times but everytime the told me that they cancel my order because maximum delivery attempts was failed from my side but I didn’t get any call regarding minor from wishmaster. But for my other order I successfully received wishmaster’s call and order too. And also customer support executive told me that I only reorder this mobile, and I have already seen that the mobile is out of stock and the payment mode which was Bajaj emi also unavailable.

I was about to go to my home town to deliberate dushehra but to pick up this phone I cancel my vacation. Even my paid leaves are gone due to this. This was very very bad experience of Flipkart for me. This is totally bad that the customer support didn’t any help regarding this issue even if I want to see any prove for the wishmaster called me for the mobile they told even they do not have these type of record.
