I have booked a flight ticket through Flipkart travel and cancelled due to certain issues with the travel date. The flight was of Air India Express and as per the information from them the refund is paid back. Flipkart travel is holding the money by saying that they didn’t get any refund payment and asking me to submit refund receipt to get the money. I didn’t get any receipt for the refund and Flipkart is not taking any responsibility to get my money back.
