Booked a 2 way flight to Jaipur from Bangalore and after i reached Jaipur they cancelled my return flight and rescheduled to a future date – called them got transferred to go air who decently confirmed and emailed that the amount will be refunded with a copy of invoice. Been over a month and about 20 calls and n number of emails to Flipkart with no resolution and the customer service is beyond horrible, they cannot have my money legally for no reason.
