my booking id of flipkart is FF2010169329638. I booked flight ticket from Flipkart of 26 november from mumbai to kolkata But it’s cancelled by the airline . I contacted SpiceJet airlines and they confirmed that they had already given the refunded amount to the travel agent(Flipkart) on 23 november. But Flipkart not refunded the money which is already refunded by the airline to them. I contact Flipkart customer care but they have no answer and they are now refusing to refund my money by telling several stories. I already frustrated with the service of Flipkart. Whenever I email them to refund my amount they start to tell different procedures by different customer executives. they only said that wait for 2 days but I cannot receive a call or SMS from them my .booking . I send all the mail and screensort regarding my refund to flipkart.
