Text of Complaint by Mujeeb Khan:

  1. I booked a ticket for my family on 26th August 2020 in Vistara Airline by Flipkart App, unfortunately next day 27th August 2020 the flight was cancelled by airline and the booking was eligible for full refund, after many calls and emails to flipkart for the refund they ask for confirmation mail of cancellation from airline, later I called Vistara Airline for refund process, Vistara processed refund on 15th September to flipkart but flipkart not yet refunded to me.
  2. later I on 16 September I mailed screenshot of Vistara airlines message about refund processed, after several calls and mails triggered to Flipkart travel for refund but till date my refund was not credited
