Text of Complaint by Rishabh jain:

I made a flight booking on 28 September 2022 for banglore to delhi ,17 oct 2022.
Booking id :- 220928476260
Payment mode – icici debit card
At first i received a message of booking pending . And the status was to be confirmed in two hours. Time passed and i didn’t receive any notification or message. I contacted the customer support and i was told that the booking was not taken by the airline and your order is taken into the refund process, kindly wait for 24hrs for the notification. Now another day has passed and they are still saying to wait for another 24 hours . I have done all the mailing , contacting senior executives but still not getting any response . Neither they are providing any refund nor they are providing any notification.
I would like to raise a complsint against the company and take an immediate action to get my money back
