On 8/October/2021 Flipkart helped me book a flight to Delhi for October 10th, 21. Flipkart deducts my money after various steps, and I receive no information regarding the flight. When I went to contact customer service, they told me that my ticket had not been conformed due to a technical issue and money will be credited in 24 hours. I have to complete import work in Delhi, and I’m afraid I won’t be able to make my flight it cost me a lot. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to customer service, They informed me that they would be unable to assist me.
