On 18/07/2021 I was booking flight tickets from Guwahati to Bangalore but the destination search engine of flipkart page has got changed to Bangalore to Guwahati after an error encountered on first attempt which I didn’t notice and booked the flight ticket erroneously.

I called flipkart customer support immediately and explained the same thing. And I have been told that they can help me on this and raised a complaint about the same. Also asked me to wait till 22nd July.

However I didn’t receive any response so I started following up everyday (untill today) asking a simple question whether they would be able to help me out or not so that in case you guys not able to help I have to book a new flight ticket.

Everyday I called your team after 22nd they said me to wait for 24hours and also apologized for delay in response mentioning breach of TAT.

I have been asking a simple question please let me know whether you guys gonna help me or not as flight tickets are Increasing day by day and i have to reach Bangalore on 4th with my aged mother for medical emergency.
But they kept harassing me asking to wait as they’re getting it resolved by delaying it furthermore.

But on 26th July when I spoke to one of their senior team member he clearly told me to go ahead and book a new ticket as it was my mistake.

On 22nd flight tickets price from Guwahati to Bangalore was 5k but on 29th July it was showing 10k which means apart from the wrong flight booking tickets price I had to pay additional 10k which sums up to a total loss of 17k instead of 7k.

Today on 3rd August i. e., one day before the wrong flight date I received a call from flipkart saying their technical team responded saying its my mistake and they can’t refund or compensate me.

If the same information that t I was given today would have been given to me on 22nd I would have to bear a loss of only 7k. But they kept on giving me false information on the TAT and made me pay a high amount for booking a new ticket.

Request you to let me know how to proceed ahead with such mental harassment and monetary loss by such a big company.
