I had purchase a Dell Vostro Laptop on March 26, 2022 with a promise to get it delivered by March 29, 2022 but on March 31, 2022 I had to go to the Ekart hub to request them get the delivery on the same and it did happen. Some how I did receive a damaged laptop where the key board is making noise. Hence, on April 01, 2022 i I did call flipkart to seek assistance with return of my damaged laptop, so I ask an flipkart executive to place a request on my behalf and she did the same. On April 04, 2022 when the delivery executive confirm that the product code wasn’t matching and hence no exchange happened on that day. On the same day I requested for a call back to investigate further why the exchange been rejected and Megha – Flipkart’s executive confirmed the executive who place a request on my behalf on April 01, 2022, she did make a mistake and had chosen the option of defeated accessory instead of defeated product and hence the mismatch with product code and the exchange did not happen. Since, then I trued more than 30- 40 time to contact the Flipkart’s team but receive no concrete response. Also, I mentioned them via email and call that this impact my job and my mental health still they make empty promises. Kindly find the email communication attached which I did receive from flipkart by stating they got back to me with a resolution by 1334 hours but no response. Now if i call them to ask about the delay they disconnect my call inducing seniors (Joshua). Please help me as I can’t wait any more or else i will be loosing my job.
