I had purchased one Personal Air Cooler (Flipkart SmartBuy Breeze Personal Air Cooler (White, 19 Litres)-Rs 4699) 11th May,2019 and received that 15th May,2019. After that I had raised return request due to cooler is not working on 16th May,2019. Technician came from jeeves seller and given fake feedback to Flipkart. After that I had raised again concern to filpkart that why technician gave fake feedback and when I get resolution and when my product will be returned back from filpkart side they telling that I need to wait until 22nd May,2019 to get the resolution. I want to inform that product amount has been debited from Flipkart Pay later option please check that before completion of this month any how that dustbin will be returned back because I will pay that amount to flipkart.
