I had ordered flipkart bluetooth earphone and same was received by me September 23, 2020. However after a month the product was not charging completely so i raised the issue whith flipkart, reply to which they provided me the details of there service provider “Jeeves” located in Thane. I visited the store on November 30, 2020 wherein they told me that the product is dead and we are raising request for replacement of the product and be same will be completed within 7 working days. The ticket no they provided to me was “0K30-40064JCSTHA-4611562.
So i waited to more then 10 days as i had not received any replacement from flipkart i had again inform the flipkart about the same and they told me to visit the store again. however i told them that i had already visited the store and they told me that replacement product will be delivered to your registered communication address.
So, i request you to look into the matter and take strict action against them for harassing the customer. For your reference, attaching the trail emails.
