On 31st may 2023, my order for flipkart smartbuy 47 ltr air cooler is confirmed.. On june 5th 2023 the air cooler was delivered.. but after using the faulty cooler for 6 frastrating days I requested a return on flipkart app.. (as the policy was to return within 7days).. after 2days they send a technician to check.. but after opening the mosquito net only the technician rejected my request.. until now they send alltotal 3 technician and the result was the same…
The last technician, who came yesterday noticed no cooling and tried to convince the customer support person to approve my return request.. surprisingly the customer support person was not convinced and forced the technician to make me understand that the cooler is completely ok..
I am really very frastrated now..
I want to take action against those frauders..
