I have purchased a mobile phone from Flipkat in Flipkart Smart Upgrade Plan. I tried to make the payment before the due date. But the payment link is not working. Due to this my phone is locked. Already 15 days over. Still my phone is in locked status. Raised the complaint in Flipkart regarding the same. But till date no resolution has given to me. Flipkart is providing very waste service. They are cheating the people.
