I have ordered “Inno3D nvidia GTX 1650” from Flipkart on Friday, July 29, 2022 and paid online Rs. 14999. My estimated delivery date was by August 8, 2022. I kept tracking everyday till August 4, till which it was showing the product is yet to reach the hub nearest to me. On August 5, when I went to track my product, I saw that it says, it has been delivered on August 2, 2022. Which is impossible because I haven’t received any sms or notification regarding “delivery agent phone number” or “out for delivery” . Neither have I received any sms that states my product has been delivered. Only on the flipkart app it shows my product has been delivered. On that day I’ve immediately called flipkart customer care, they don’t seem to resolve the issue. The only thing they kept saying was that their senior team will look into the matter and till now August 8, I have no information regarding my product. I’m very anxious and in a loss of words and I have no idea what to do at this point.
