Text of Complaint by Prashant Popatrao Raut:

My order reached the nearest hub – Miyapur on 12th Oct’23 and it was out for delivery twice (14th and 15th Oct). On both days it went undelivered due to operational issues at Ekart’s end. Flipkart is not supportive and asking me to wait. There is no proper explanation being given for the delay.
Flipkart customer support is not at all interested in resolving the issue. Whenever called, they say we don’t have enough information why it is stuck at final destination (Confirmed over recorded call by Flipkart customer executive that Ekart has not provided the proper reason). Being the seller Flipkart should take complete responsibility of resolving the issue.

In case of no clear explanation and further delay in delivery despite the above request, I will have to take official action and raise questions on internal controls of Flipkart and Ekart. This same issue is being faced by multiple customers across the country visible on https://www.consumercomplaints.in so it will soon be spread on social media as well.
