Hi

I have purchased the tv of tosiba from flipkart 55 inches on 23rd of october and it got delivered on 28th of oct but that tv was creating some issues qith display of black dots while watching tv and sound out put was not up 100% when i connected my sony home theatre it is only 50% of total output and display freezes some times like pixels disturbs when increasing and decresing the volume. After that i ask3d flipkart to return tv but they replaced it with new tosihba tv of same model but the same issues are present with the new tv as well or problem are getting worse day by day so i again asked to return the tv on 6th of november as the replacement tv was delivered on 1st of november but now they are not taking the problem seriously they are repeating the same things sir we will try our level best to resolve the issue i tried contacting flipkart support multiple times via customer care number 18002029898 but they are saying we have initiated the process of return where tech will visit at property to check the problem and now from 6th of november till today 3 times tech visted he saw the problem and left the home saying sir you will recive a call from our team to initiate your refund but then flipkart closes our return request saying that our technician have resolved the issue but the problem is same and yesterday on 10th of november tech. Refused to come saying that he spoke to the seller and he is saying tv is okay and refused to come even at property i am fed up of this kind of non sense behaviour with flipkart services i am attaching video for prooof.
I wanted the higher authorties to look into matter so inhead towards the twitter and uploaded the video proof and tagged Mr. Kalyan ceo of flipkart and flipkart services as well but still they are not taking this thing seriouslu i need my money back and today is the last day 11th novemeber for return period of 10 days u request you guys to please look into the matter and register my complaint
