I live overseas but was visiting my mom dad from 1-18th Oct. I had ordered an AC from Flipkart when I was there and the delivery was suppose to come after I travel back so I thought it would be easy.
Steps were I would get a technician to see if my old AC is good enough and I was given quote of 4500 from Flipkart while placing order itself. Technician didnt say anything about it being a problem and just detached and went away. Today we got delivery of AC and the agent asks my old parents why wasnt it kept outside whereas the technician and agent both were from flipkart whose responsibility is that?? On top of that he said he can only give us 275Rs for the AC and said we need to pay that 4500Rs that were taken off during purchase which my mom dad paid. This was very wrong and worst way of getting customers to buy. Now I feel like returning the product to make flipkart suffer and come get it. Worst experience ever and I need strict action against it.
