I had ordered a xbox series X from flipkart on Jan 8th. Immediately raised a return request on Jan 9th as I figured the product was used/ refurbished. I paid 50k for it. I will share the condition the product is in in more images. From past 1 month the customer care has been continuously harassing me , they opened and closed my return request 4 times citing seller has ensured product is intact. They trust sellers word more than the proof I am uploading. I have created a pdf highlighting how the box is damaged from multiple sides and the joystick vibration is not working clearly indicating it is refurbished product that was sent to me instead of a new one. Please help
