I ordered a Dyson straightener from Flipkart for about Rs 36900/- but got a completely different product sent instead as it doesn’t work like Dyson products at all and when I tried to report this and get it replaced, Flipkart/sellers decided to block my account so that they don’t have to refund my money and same thing happened with my mother in-law with the creams she ordered recently and one of the other friends who ordered a card holder and they decided to block his account purely because his fingers were bleeding after trying to use that card holder
