I have ordered a new mobile in Flipkart, but they have given me the 1yr old used mobile. This matter came to know us through service center. Which we have charging problem in mobile, we went to service centre they checked our mobile and said the warenty has expired and it is second hand phone. They checked using IME number. It was activated 1.5 yrs before. But they sold us only 5 month before. We are paying EMI for that. Need to get refund or new mobile. Kindly support. I have attached the IME activated proof.
