I ordered Motul Eco Tec plus 5w30 Engine oil from Flipkart on 07 Oct 2023
Order ID: OD429351473888924100
I received the order on 12 Oct 2023, however, the received order is Fake.
The Engine Oil delivered is nowhere near to the original product.
I contacted Flipkart immediately to complain and got a response that it is a non-returnable item.
So technically, Flipkart is selling fake items via their website and don’t take it’s accountability.
I’ve spent Rs. 1739/- for this product and request Consumer Forum to intervene to get my hard earned money refunded.
