I have registered on flipkart seller for selling my product but did not get approval due to brand regulation. But I dont have registered brand under TMC and want to seller under GTIN exemption.
Last few days back a flipkart agent name Deepak Kumar called and told us about ignite program and he promised that their account coordinator will help and activate the listing on portal.
Even that I cleared above points for reason of disapproval of listing, he told and promise after paying this ignite program they will take care everything.
Now their coordinator is dening that with same reason what was it already before.So I asked for refund if listing is not going to be approved then what is the use of this and ad credit.
Deepak and their team have asked me to pay 4719 rs for this and they created a ticket under flipkart and sent a payment link and after that no one is responsing.Even the created ticket is not showing anymore on dashboard.
When i raised ticket on filpkart regarding this concern they told they will escalate and after that no response and even tickets are getting auto resolved without any response.
