Hello sir ,
I’m writing you this complaint since my Flipkart groceries haven’t arrived by the scheduled time. Every time I call customer service, they log my complaint and say “our customer agent will get in touch,” but I haven’t heard from them as of yet.Such a poor customer service and platform. more than 20 days i waited now they are saying please cancel this product and again order it . i cannot do that this many days am waiting so i need compensation from flipkart side.
