I have ordered a redmi 9 prime and the product I received has got issues in battery, sound mic or microphone and camera is not ok . The battery and mic or mrophone sound was defective and I could see battery drained quickly. I have raised a return request and there was a technician visit. The technician confirmed me that the product is defective and its not resolved but he was unable to approve because he haven’t received the code to confirm from Flipkart and Flipkart rejected my return request. Flipkart paid technician are also fraud. Its Flipkart responsibility to replace/refund my defective product
