Text of Complaint by Jyoti:

I paid to Flipkart to ship me fresh new Jacket but Flipkart seller sent me torn jacket with broken zip. When i am returning this damaged product Flipkart is charging me Rs 50 for return fee. I don’t wont to pay return because it is their seller’s fault that they sent damaged item. I also ordered Green color jeans and seller sent us blue jeans and when returning again Flipkart is charging Rs 50 return fee. I had conversation with their customer service and supervisor but no proper response else they said you should before buying that some seller charges return fees we checked return policy again but nowhere mention about this charge still. Then they said your returns are more than avarage, i replied that i am doing shopping befor 2018 continuously and i have ordered thousands of products. So if i am getting fraud product from seller then i had to returned thats sellers fault you have to charged them not to customer. But no proper response from their side. They raised my return request for both of products and charged me Rs50/- per product for no reason i got a lose. I also posted this in the comment box of their post on their facebook page but no help from flipkart.
