I ordered (Order ID OD124753321946461000) a laptop by flipkart, when it get to me it was defect . Then i rised a complane for return it, they accepted the request and send new replacement laptop, But the pick up and delivery date of return laptop was 9th may. On the 9th May 11.18 AM I got a call from delivery boy when I am not available at home then I told him that ‘Sir now I am not available at home so please call me in 2-3 hours or in evening, then he said to me that ok I will call you in evening’. And from then I am trying to connect with delivery agent but I could not connect to delivery agent. And today 11 May 3.26 AM they reject my return. And also I called to flipkart team on 9th May in evening they told me that your order will be delivered by 13th May. So please help me to return or Replace my product.
