I am purchased canon M50 Mark ll in Flipkart (10 AUG 2023) RS 49534
Order ID: OD328852040829939100
This is regarding the order placed on 10th AUG 2023 the canonM50 mark ll, but received was 9 months back old pack.
The canon M50 Mark ll received was manufactured on DEC2022.
After receiving the 9months back stock I raised the complaint with the Flipkart.
Flipkart told to contact nearest canon authorized service center or Canon customer care service team.
The Flipkart side asked for the job sheet or Mail confirmation for this camera is DEC 2022 Old package.
I visited canon authorized service center not given authorized because he told job sheet can not provide.
The Flipkart is expecting either job sheet or mail confirmation for the return of replacement.
So finaly told from Flipkart customer team we want only mail confirmation obtained if you return and replacement camera and our money back.
Kindly look into the issue and do the needful.

Sir/madam emergency basic solve the issue why means return the package last date for (25-08-2023) I have talked to about 70 Flipkart customer service agents, including supervisors and no one is trying to solve the problem.
