dear sir,

i buy intex powerbank from flipkart.com but i received a defective and damaged item when i asked for replacement they rejected my replacement and deactivated my account. u called them they are denieying replacement they say that you have purchase history of returning items. while placing order there was 10 days replacement gurantee and they are not fulfulling the same.

pls help
